All items covered
under this guarantee are by replacement only. We do not give full or partial refunds. Any expenses incurred through returning
a dog and receiving its subsequent replacement are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All pups have received
proper vaccinations and worming to date, and you will be provided with a copy of those records. Dogs shipped by air will be
sent with a Washington Health Certificate attached to the shipping crate. Purchaser’s veterinarian must examine puppy
within 14 days of receipt. If we do not hear from you within that period, we will assume that you are satisfied and that the
puppy is in good health.
OUR RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FEEDING
Dogs grow to maturity in a much shorter period of time than people. In many puppy
joint problems the pup was put on one of the premium foods for large breed adult dogs. We recommend that you feed your dog
“large breed” puppy food until it has reached approximately 18 months of age. Avoid "high protien/high

HIP DYSPLASIA
Any dog purchased from us must be
x-rayed by 26 months of age. Animals over 26 months that have not been x-rayed are not covered by this part of the guarantee.
X-rays must be read by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) for evaluation, or sent to us to be examined by our company’s
veterinarian. Any animal with mild hip dysplasia must be returned to us in order to qualify owner for a replacement. We recognize
only the hip readings of OFA approved veterinarians, or of the OFA.
Animals with moderate to severe hip dysplasia may
be treated as follows: 1. The animal may be euthanized with the agreement of East Harbor Gundogs in writing. A letter
from the animal’s veterinarian must be sent to East Harbor Gundogs regarding euthanization, and the animal must be referred
to in that letter by AKC registered name, number and microchip number. 2. The animal may be neutered / spayed with the agreement
of East Harbor Gundogs. A letter must be sent to East Harbor Gundogs by the attending veterinarian verifying the animal has
been spayed / neutered, and the animal must be referred to in that letter by AKC registered name,number and microchip number.
The animal may then be kept as a pet. AKC papers must be signed over to, and returned to East Harbor Gundogs. If the owner
chooses to place the dog in another home, the same stipulations apply in regard to spaying / neutering the animal, and verification
from a veterinarian. The owner will provide East Harbor Gundogs with a letter stating that the animal was given to another
individual free of charge, and that the new owner is aware of the animal’s health condition. AKC papers for the animal
must be signed over to, and returned to East Harbor Gundogs. 3. It is agreed that defective animals retained as pets will
not be hunted, used in the field, in competition, or in any type of service use. If after receiving a replacement puppy it
is determined that the original animal is being used in hunting, field trial, hunt test or service-work environment, the purchaser
agrees to pay East Harbor Gundogs full purchase price on the replacement animal.
HEREDITARY
EYE PROBLEMS
Animal must be examined by a certified veterinary
ophthalmologist by 26 months of age. Animals over the age of 26 months that have not had an eye examination are not covered
by this part of the guarantee. Owner must provide East Harbor Gundogs with a copy of the eye exam result, certified by the
attending veterinarian. The exam / letter must identify the dog by AKC registered name, number and microchip number. The letter
must also state whether or not any eye problem is definitely of a hereditary nature and not due to illness or injury, and
whether or not the problem is something that could possibly be caused from outside / environmental issues. Animals with a
congenital eye problem must be neutered / spayed with the agreement of East Harbor Gundogs. A letter so stating must be sent
to East Harbor Gundogs by the attending veterinarian verifying the animal has been spayed / neutered, and the animal must
be referred to in that letter by AKC registered name, number and microchip number. The animal may then be kept as a pet. AKC
papers must be signed over to, and returned to East Harbor Gundogs. If the owner chooses to place the dog in another home,
the same stipulations apply in regard to spaying / neutering the animal, and verification from a veterinarian. The owner will
provide East Harbor Gundogs with a letter stating that the animal was given to another individual free of charge, and that
the new owner is aware of the animal’s health condition. AKC papers must be signed over to, and returned to East Harbor
Gundogs.
CONDITIONS OF REPLACEMENT
Any dog used for breeding
purposes prior to OFA evaluation of hips, elbows and eyes is not covered by our health guarantee. Any dog that does not bear
“East Harbor’s” or ”East Hrbr’s” at the beginning of its AKC registered name is not covered
by this guarantee. This guarantee applies to the original purchaser of the dog only and is void if the animal is sold or transferred
to another person or business. Replacement dogs will be mutually agreed upon between purchaser and East Harbor Gundogs. The
replacement dog will be of comparable bloodlines, same sex, and breed. It is understood and agreed to that replacement may
not be from the sire and/or dam of your original puppy. Replacement must be selected from the same price range as the original
puppy. If the replacement selected is higher in price, purchaser must pay price difference between original and replacement
puppies. Purchaser must select a replacement within 12 months of reporting any defect covered under this guarantee, unless
no puppy is available to select at that time. This guarantee must be signed, dated, and a copy returned to East Harbor
Gundogs within 30 days of receiving your puppy, or it becomes void. This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser
of the puppy as indicated on AKC registration application. Any litigation and appeal thereof, arising directly or indirectly
out of this contract, the losing party shall pay to the prevailing party their reasonable attorney’s fee. Purchaser
agrees that any litigation or appeals shall be heard in courts of law in Grays Harbor County, Washington. Any problems caused
by human error in treatment or training, or lack of treatment or training are not covered under this guarantee. We do not
sell puppies for breeding purposes, nor does East Harbor Gundogs imply your puppy is suitable for breeding. We do not guarantee
that East Harbor Gun Dog puppies will earn any sort of title, AKC championship, or otherwise. Titles and/or championships
are solely dependent upon the training and treatment given the puppy after it is delivered or picked up.

OR GUARANTEE IS VOID
I have read this guarantee in full & understand its content. I agree to abide by
the terms as set forth in this agreement. I will send East Harbor Gun Dogs a signed copy of this contract, no later than 30
days after receiving the pup. I understand that failure to do so voids this contract.
