Co-owned East Harbor Gundogs are placed with families at no charge, as either puppies or started dogs (Washington State residents living within 35 miles of our kennel receive preference; however, we may make exceptions to this).  You get a great hunting dog and family pet, and East Harbor Gundogs retains exclusive breeding rights to the animal. When your dog is retired from breeding it will be spayed or neutered, and permanently reside with you for the remainder of its life. Co-owned dogs will live with their co-owner families the majority of the time, but would return to East Harbor Gundogs for training, hunt tests or field trials, providing stud service as needed for sires, for breeding as needed with dams.
